Welcome to the VéloPeak Early Access program. VéloPeak is a brand of VÉLO TECHNOLOGY, UNIPESSOAL LDA ("we", "us"). By accepting your invite and creating an account, you agree to the following terms.
What is Early Access?
Early Access is a limited testing period during which we make the platform available to a restricted group of users before the public launch. The goal is to collect feedback, identify issues, and improve the experience before the final release.
Stability and availability
The platform is in beta. This means you may encounter bugs, incomplete features, slowdowns, or temporary outages. We do our best to keep everything running, but we do not guarantee a service level (SLA) during this phase.
Possible data loss
During the beta period, changes to the database structure or systems may result in partial or total data loss — including activities, workouts, analyses, and profile settings. We recommend keeping backups of any data you consider important.
Feedback and communication
By participating in Early Access, you agree that we may contact you by email to collect feedback, communicate updates, or inform you about changes to the platform. Your input is essential to improving VéloPeak.
Acceptable use
You are expected to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with its purpose — planning and analysing cycling workouts. You may not use Early Access for commercial purposes, reverse engineering, or any activity that compromises the security of the platform.
No warranties
VéloPeak is provided "as is" during Early Access, without warranties of any kind — express or implied. We are not responsible for training decisions made based on the platform's recommendations.
Right to revoke access
We reserve the right to revoke your Early Access at any time, without prior notice, for any reason — including, but not limited to, violation of these terms or the need to limit the number of users.
Gifted plans
If you were offered a plan (Pro or Elite) as part of your Early Access invite, that plan is valid for the period indicated in the approval email. After it expires, your plan will revert to the free tier unless you choose to subscribe.
Privacy
The data you share with us — including activities, metrics, and profile information — is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
