ROUVY Integration

How the official ROUVY integration works in VéloPeak. Planned workouts are sent to ROUVY and completed rides sync back automatically.

VéloPeak is officially integrated with ROUVY. Your virtual coach sends your planned workouts to ROUVY, and the rides you complete there come back to VéloPeak on their own.

VéloPeak connects to ROUVY using OAuth 2.0. We never see your ROUVY password: you authorise access directly on ROUVY's website.

What the integration does

  • Sends your planned workouts: your upcoming workouts are sent to ROUVY for their day, for as long as your subscription covers them, using your VéloPeak FTP. If you have no FTP set in VéloPeak, ROUVY uses its own
  • Brings your rides back: every ride you complete on ROUVY is imported with its power and heart rate data

VéloPeak never imports planned workouts or calendar events from ROUVY. Planned workouts only travel from VéloPeak to ROUVY.

Before you connect

Your ROUVY account needs a username. Without one, ROUVY does not accept workouts from VéloPeak. If that happens, the ROUVY card in Settings tells you, and your workouts are sent automatically once the username is set.

Connecting from Settings

  1. Go to Settings → Connections & Apps
  2. Click Connect ROUVY
  3. You will be redirected to ROUVY's authorisation page
  4. After approving, you are sent back to VéloPeak automatically

Once connected, VéloPeak imports your ROUVY rides from the last 90 days and sends your upcoming workouts.

Where to find your workouts

Your workouts appear in the ROUVY app and in the workouts list of riders.rouvy.com. They do not appear in the calendar of riders.rouvy.com.

There is nothing to export or upload. If you move, edit or swap a workout in VéloPeak, the copy on ROUVY is replaced. If you delete a workout, it is removed from ROUVY too. VéloPeak only ever changes the workouts it sent itself.

How your rides come back

When you finish a ride, ROUVY notifies VéloPeak. We then:

  1. Fetch the full activity, including power and heart rate
  2. Run the analysis
  3. Update your fitness metrics (Fitness, Fatigue, Form)

If the same ride also arrives from another connection, such as Strava, VéloPeak keeps a single activity.

Disconnecting ROUVY

You can disconnect ROUVY at any time from Settings → Connections & Apps. This will:

  • Remove the workouts VéloPeak sent to ROUVY
  • Stop all future syncs
  • Not delete your existing activity data or analyses in VéloPeak
